I had my car full valet. They did an amazing job of cleaning my light grey interior. So good service in general. The person was a bit difficult to deal with and seats and mats were still a bit wet. Hence 4 stars

First time at Diamond Car Wash best Car Wash I?ve ever been to car looks like it?s come direct from the showroom when you?re there speak to Ali what a 1st class guy !!!! this will be my regular Car Wash from now on !!!!!

First time I?ve used diamond hand car wash. I have a large Van they?ve done inside and out and I was out 30 minutes. I?ll have to say they done a fantastic job and the advice they would give me was great. Definitely be back keep up the good work boys and girls?

Ali is an amazing and friendly person including his hardworking team who are very willing to help. I noticed that everyone who visited the same day I was there, were very happy as they drove in and ever smiling and waving as they departed after their cars were cleaned. The atmosphere was very inviting, a dedicated team who are very happy and proud of their job and makes sure you are happy before you left. Will definitely return when next I am in the area. Thank you Ali for being kind and friendly.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! My husband just came from this place and simply asked them to take off the marks that hadn't been cleaned. The supervisor started to swear and rant and told my husband don't come here again! What kind of stupid and rude customer service is this?! Absolutely will NOT be returning and they need to learn how to speak to people!

Great experience today. Excellent customer service with a superb eye to detail. Drove away extremely happy with the service. Had a deep scratch on bonnet and they even tried to buff it out for free. Car has never looked so good from the day I first bought it. Will definitely recommend. ?

I look full car cleaning, remember call them 2/3 hour before come to order. It is why I could use it. Standard service you di not need booking. They are very busy.

I'm down in gravesend for work and have tried many of the local car washes to find they were cowboys - this one is different and can vouch for it as the best local car wash out of any I have tried. They put in a bit more time to each clean and it really shows. Alli is a lovely guy as well and remembers me every-time I return. Very personal and good quality service for a really good price.Services: Polishing
