Not a major customer ordering a complete bathroom (unfortunately! The showroom has some beautiful designs), just a single item of bathroom furniture. Nevertheless still received excellent customer service and care from Michelle and Sam, helpful and friendly throughout. We were notified on the promised day that the order was in and were dealt with quickly when we arrived to collect. So based on this experience, no hesitation at all in awarding 5 stars!

Big thank you to Michelle for her friendly customer approach and very helpful and practical advice. Nothing was too much trouble even though we had one of the smallest bathrooms to be renovated. We would certainly recommend Easy Bathrooms as a first choice to others, plenty of choice and nicely layed out showroom packed with ideas and different styles

Fantastic company!We were going to go with another company but due to their limited options, we were recommended easy bathrooms and Sam went above and beyond for us to ensure that our bathroom was not only beautiful but functional for a family with children while also recommended a tradesman who was absolutely flawless!Everything that arrived was in pristine condition and the quality of my new bathroom is fantastic. When there was a small problem, it was sorted straight away within minutes with no issues at all and we felt that nothing was too much.I will absolutely be using easy bathrooms when renovations for our 2nd bathroom comes around and I will be recommending easy bathrooms to others.All in all we are very pleased with our new bathroom.??

Top notch service from start to finish from Kieran and the team at Easy Bathrooms Gravesend. Gave good advice and were always available to answer my numerous questions. Ordering process was very straightforward and catered for me changing my mind on the tiles! Delivery was very smooth along with the returns process for parts I didn't use and excess tiles. My installer commented that the various fixtures and fittings were of good quality which was good to hear. No hesitation recommending them.

Really bad quality, had them installed broke within the first week, I told them about it they said that they would call me back, still haven?t heard from them. Really bad quality for the price. Definitely Won?t Be coming back hereRlly bad customer service

We dealt with Michelle in the Gravesend branch who was really helpful & friendly right from our first visit. We made a number of changes to the design of our bathroom & Michelle's input helped us get the right layout in the end. Would highly recommend.
