I visited the Gravesend Branch last Friday. The entrance lobby looked shabby. Staff chatting amongst themselves whilst customers are directed towards the ATM's. The Branch has gone downhill fast and now serves little purpose. Just like a supermarket with self-service checkout tills.

Always someone lovely to speak to. 99% of the staff are helpfull and knowledgeable. Great team. I hope our Gravesend branch never closes! Thankyou Mo for helping my mum out today.. you made it painlessly easy.

I popped in to pay a large bill and was unable to do this on the app. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Denise in particular helped me set up biometrics as it hadn't worked at home. She gave me tips on how to set it up, where to look etc. Thank you for your support

Never any problem with them sinds day one in 2009, could be a bit more flexible on overdraft when a good income but further than that all good and verry helpfull.Happy customer ?

Worst bank ever stealing customers money. It is a group on facebook called ,, Natwest closee my account " with more than 20.000 people who has been experience to lost their hard working money. Avoid at any cost.Be careful, chose another bank, those NatWest scumbags will steal your money and will let you in the street with nothing to eat.

Terrible service all they want you do is banking by machine. If you want to ask a question you have to queue for about 30 mins. Never thought it would come to this !!

Just realised that Gravesend NatWest is no longer open on Saturdays - really unhelpful when you need to pay a cheque in and some of us work Monday to Friday. Just because there's a pandemic going on, they seem to forget that some people still have to work as normal!

A bank that has no cashiers to accept cash. What is the world coming too? Don't use Covid as an excuse as other organisations still handle cash with care. Machines are not set up for a large number of notes! Customer service is obviously no longer important!
