Worst car wash in Gravesend. I generally never use car washes as they charge too much and ruin paintwork & glass with the harsh chemicals they use however I drove past this car wash and noticed a sign stating £4.99 for cars. Drove in and the prices inside were starting from £9. However I allowed it as my car was dirty. When they finished the car they have ruined my centre caps on my alloys as they use acidic chemical to clean wheels also any other plastic is on headlight lens were now misty due to the chemicals they use. These car wash companies ruin the headlights and any plastic on vehicles. Just avoid, never go here again as they entice you first with a £4.99 sign and that price does not exist.

Just washed the car, service absolutely poor, car was still dirty, lots of drips on the windows, back bumper not been washed at all, ask staff for re washing the car, been told if don?t like go to the other car wash, so unprofessional, don?t waste your money in this car wash, absolutely useless

I went to today. It was a total letdown! The service was sloppy, and my car didn't even look clean afterwards. I definitely won't be going back there again. Time to find a better car wash lots of options available.Avoid at all cost!Absolute Rubbish

Drove in for an outside wash. No direction just pulled up behind a car getting washed. Waited for 2 mins another car drove in parked next to me they started cleaning it right away. First time ever someone gets washed first coming after? Thought ok that?s weird. Eventually started washing me after a rude interaction.I have a black car the guy went all around the car with one mitt smearing all the dirt into the paintwork.He has a little left to do and changed the mitt.Apart from first guy everyone else seemed ok enough.Car left clean with a few swirls allOver. I won?t be returning.

Done a great job on the convertible roof. It was full of green mould and they scrubbed it and it now looks brand new.

I go here every time I need to get my car cleaned and every time I am satisfied when I look at the job they do. The prices are very reasonable for The quality that goes into their job. Very friendly staff and welcoming.
