A few months ago I had searched high and low for a pharmacy to find the medication my son needed, they were happy to check they had the stock and hold it for me while I rushed there. Excellent Service received at ALL times, these include the speed at which the prescriptions are ready for collection, notification of the availability, advice given when helpful information may be required, very professional. High level of concern and empathy shown to other patrons using their service including myself. Whilst I have found the whole team to go above and beyond, there are two members of staff I feel deserve special mention, they are Rebecca and Angela, they are both a credit to the Lion Pharmacy and the NHS in my opinion. “I went to Asda pharmacy yesterday and was very impressed by one young lady called Roxanne who was very understanding, patient, kind and helpful as she took the time to help me and took great care of me and gave me good advice of how to manage my condition and help to reduce the symptoms. She was very patient and understanding towards me and very knowledgeable I was treated with kindness and respect and I saw that she does her job from the heart and has care and compassion for other people and their well-being.”

“Due to being let down by the non arrival of my Mum's medication delivery, I needed an emergency repeat prescription for my mum, who is now in respite. The superstore who 111 sent me to could not allow me to have all the items needed. “what cAn I say>>>good old ASDA.george clothing's getting more expensive but goo quality. no changing room though.staff are always helpful and friendly.customer service: a bit of a wait.post office available, McDonalds available, bureau de change available. opticians and pharmacy also available.the store needs to improve on their medication supply>>> rarely any on counter.I enjoy shopping here. using the blue light card is also a good thing.”
