Absolute mockery! Staff there are very very very rude ,impatient and look unbothered to deal with your service..I went in there asking for my prescription after knowing it hasn?t arrived knowing how important it is for me I become distressed and at one point cried instead of them comforting me they were moody with me and starting giving me attitude. They had no patience at all to listen to my questions and to answer my concerns or to guide me or instruct me in a kind and nice manner ..the entire time I felt judged, bullied and uncomfortable.I have never came across any pharmacies like this one before..absolutely TERRIBLE costumer service!!!! If I had to give it a 0 rating then it would be that I even feel like the rating 1 is too much for them. 2 particular stuff members I absolutely disliked and had an issue with due to their filthy behaviours and horrendous attitudes including the overweight white lady with glasses and the one whom she claims to be a ?chemist? Indian/south Asian background lady.

I have recently developed a concerning growth on my forearm and with a history of melanoma ? albeit benign ? in my wider family I was very concerned. A lead time of several weeks to see my GP and at that time only a virtual appointment made me look at other avenues to investigate and ? hopefully ? put my mind at ease.Visiting Regent Pharmacy for this could not have been easier. After a brief questionnaire, a couple of photographs were taken and shared electronically with a Consultant Dermatologist. Within 36 hours I had a diagnosis and a treatment plan ? fortunately there was nothing sinister but a course of action was recommended with medications being supplied by Regent. I have followed this and I am pleased to say this issue has abated.Now I appreciate that this is a paid for service however, for the speed of diagnosis and the peace of mind that this brought to me it was both very affordable and money incredibly well spent. Thank you to Sunil and the staff at Regent Pharmacy.

Said could not get my medication and for me to ring around other pharmacies,Found one who would order it and i could collect the next day.So i called regent back and they said i could collect the script from them the next day to take to the chemist who had ordered my medication.However when i went to pick it up was told they had contacted my G.P and had sorted an alternate drug.SO i was made to make a trip during a pandemic for no reason and also had to contact the professional pharmacy and say sorry but i am now unable to have the medication you ordered for me.Very poor!
