The customer service when you get in there is great. But the entire new Royal Mail system IS BROKEN I work over twelve hours a day so never at home during day time hours they tried to deliver Wednesday I?m at work, they tried to re deliver Thursday I?m at work, Thursday even I used the website/app to rebook for Saturday website keeps saying error ? they try to deliver Friday I?m at work. I try to use app to rebook for Saturday 11th it says I can?t get any date until 13th (ILL BACK AT WORK THE 18th!) I go to the post office to physically collect my mail at 1420 only to see their closed and re open now at 4pm. I?m starting to lose my mind over some as simple as getting my mail it shouldn?t be this hard in the 21st century!

I would give 0 if I could. Why keep dropping missed delivery cards without any actual delivery or contacting parcel owner if not at home. To my utmost surprise I was at the post office to collect my item which I did collect, upon getting home I saw another missed delivery card of the same item I have picked up. Meaning delivery was not attempted. You go to people houses to drop just letters/cards? These have happened twice. That?s unfair service. Not happy sincerely.

I would give 0 if I could. Been home no TV or anything on. 3 people in the living room next to the door. Noone knocking just paper passed through the letter box. Website to redirect not working bullocks! That's to add to all the delays due to their strike!

The member of staff who dealt with my query was polite, friendly and most of all knowledgeable.There was a slight queue but everything was handled efficiently.Hope the staff are valued properly.

This is my local collection point and the post people are always lovely. The queue is sometimes out the door and up the street but it?s never very long to wait, they are very organised and, as long as you have the red slip and your valid ID, they give you your package(s) in record time.Thank you for also opening on a Sunday at the moment, it?s really appreciated!

Don't beleive Royal Mails website that this place is open to 6pm Monday to Friday.They shut at 2 Monday.

Your drivers are lazy and incompetent. They keep posting my mail through my neighbour?s letterbox and I missed a lot of important mail because of it. What?s wrong with them? Why can?t they do their job properly? I can?t get through to you to make a complain, but I will potentially have to take legal action.

Without knocking or ringing the bell they just put the "sorry we missed you" into the letterbox and drives away regularly while we are indoor.

Don't trust the information on the red card. The opening hours have changed.The red cards left by postie's give incorrect opening hours.
