I've made a copy of a key with this shop and the new key would not open the door. I returned to the shop and was given another key to try but still would not work. This was a loss of time and money.

Timpson won't cut key blanks not supplied by them.I have a genuine suzuki motorcycle key blank that they can clone (I own the bike and have all the documents to prove it) but won't because its third party... OKProper bolshy boy that I spoke to.Used timpson for years... not anymore

Extremely bad tried to repair a pair of boots desperately needed to be repaired wouldn't do it even explained how bad the were and still wouldn't help

I've been here a couple of times and always been very impressed with the advisor. He has excellent customer service skills and is such a lovely guy. The last time I went in was to have a pin put into my watch strap, he did it free of charge and just asked for a donation into their charity pot. There's never a long wait and nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
