Very dissapointed in this petrol station, I went to top up fuel in my car paid for the fuel and their fuel tank was empty, I paid foir nothing and they refuse to refund me , the worst part is I could have broken down with 5 miles left in a tank. They do not want to take any responsibility and claim that their tanks are tested and so on. I am not imagining things , there was no fuel on that pump !

Not so helpful stuff, fuel card expired the day before didnt realise, and didn't have any other means to pay at the time. I was treated like l just robbed a bank. The rudeness and not willing to listen.

Tried phoning the get some gas bottles as they supply gas bottles as soon as I asked if they had any I got "wait" meanwhile scurrying around and talking for 5 minutes just for them to put the phone down on me.... thanks guys1 star terrible staff

I have been using this petrol station religious for the last few years with at least three visits per week. The staff are always friendly even when busy and always apologize for any wait. Great selection of food and convenience options in the store.

Wouldn?t allow use of toilet. Otherwise handy station for fuel and small amount of groceries. Does have a subway!

It was just passed 10pm and the night counter was open. It was clear to see that there was hot food within store and I get the reply 'expired'. OK then I asked about other items like Angel slices or cookies, I got a reply 'no'. Whilst the staff had ear buds in and appeared talking to someone else and had no interest in serving.

RUDE- Subway staff don't listen to the way I like my sandwich and have to repeat several times, everytime. Oven or whatever not working for WEEKS! Easier to just put a sign saying Subway closed rather than have all the lights on as if your in full operation. Staff at Petrol station- SLOW & VERY RUDE! I really try to avoid this petrol station. "Customer service" needs to be address, retraining needed here

00:02 on 23/12/21 the man working looked stoned was extremely slow moved like a sloth but slower and very hard to communicate with very unhelpful, was very frustrating he didn't seem with it at all. Obviously not his 1st career choice but at least try a tiny bit.
