Overall a good experience booking with them in store. Following this though slow to reply to emails and often a little short when it does come. Was given wrong information about luggage allowance.The holiday was amazing with only one problem which the company sorted when we emailed.Would not rush back to Kuoni after this...

We have had a number of holidays with Kuoni but we had never booked via their outlet in the Bluewater Shopping Center, Kent.
