The other day I came to this shop to buy my new sketchers. I chose three shoe pairs and when I was nearly ready to try them on, very polite man approached me to ask if I needed help. I loved that I wasn't approached straight away as I walked into the shop and left alone to explore. The timing couldn't be better. The guy who's name is Riley brought me all three pairs to try and was super helpful. Thank you Riley for helping me !

Kate the manager deserved 5 star as she helped my manufacturing fault old shoes with new one and paid happily difference. She is great in customer services and wish her a fantastic career n pay rise in this store. Bluewater is great and lakeside is always worse. we All family and friends circle love Skechers Bluewater and highly recommend.

Shoes and boots are of the highest quality, and they are not cheap but if you are not bothered by the latest fashions, their shoes last forever! Staff are extremely knowledgeable.

...deichmann sell some of the same sketchers shoes at half the price of this place ...in this cost of living crisis every little helps so we ended up buying a pair of sketchers from our local deichmann store!
