Wouldn't bother with them again. Paid £25 for exterior wash and polish. Got there an hour before they were due to close and left my car locked and paid upfront, so they had gone when I returned. Then spent 10 minutes going round the car with a cloth cleaning the bits they had missed. Very shortsighted as we would have been repeat customers.

Almost seemed like a new car after the standard wash. Just some smeary windows marred an otherwise perfect service

I had a great experience here, I met all the employees and they were pleasant, could have been a little friendlier initially however, they did open up once I introduced myself. I purchased the Gold service which upon returning was exactly what I received. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager there too (forgive me as the names are Albanian and so it hard to remind myself). He was a very happy and pleasant man, who had plenty of time for me with the explanation about the business he manages. I will be returning today as I have a filthy van that I?m sure won?t stay that way for long after these wizards are done.Great experience, see you soon.

£55 wash, windscreen not cleaned and had to ask and the interior is absolutely shocking. Never again.

Wish I?d seen these reviews before using! What an absolute waste of money! Just paid £35 to have to come home and re clean the interior of my car as it?s not been done. Windows were so smeared you couldn?t even see out of them. Dust and dirt everywhere, no way it could have been hoovered. Whatever you do - DO NOT use this car wash!!

STAY AWAY ! Honestly these guys are awful ... took my Audi to them today asked for a gold service guy turned around very rudely and said no mate your cars to dirty you need to pay £45 for the platinum service. Now my car was just as dirty as the next !! So rude way over priced. Honestly please save your money and go elsewhere!

First and last time I would use this place! Very expensive for what they did and would never use or recommend this place ever. Save your money and go to the place in Asda for a fraction of the price.

Just went to this car wash shop, and the results were excellent, my car looks like new! Writing this review, I noticed most of the previous reviews were negative, but it seems they may have improved. Keep up the good work

Took my car to the Bluewater car wash. They tried to insist £59.95 was the ?basic? valet for my car and when I said no I will have the £30 service they said it was extra for a bigger car. I would have refused but I had my kids out of the car by then so I just accepted. As I walked away he said ?well it?s your car but it?s not going to be a good job for that?. To be honest I felt too intimidated to challenge him further. Came back to the outside being washed but basically nothing done on the inside - the boot and back seats had not been touched. Then would only accept cash and didn?t have change. Very poor result and felt like I had been conned

Usually wash my car for 20 pounds near me , i went to the cinema and decided to wash it while we are in cinema. The price for what I usually do is 35 pounds there, I though well, I will rather pay then drive another week not washed . The guy met me and when I park he said he want 50 pounds that my car is too dirty for 35 pounds. It was shocking . Waited another week and washed it for 20 where alwas do. Don't go there

Terrible Job, left my vehicle with a woman 13/09/23 around 16.00 and when I got home, I discovered the wheels weren?t clean and windows showed loads of smear marks under sunlight Do not use this service, £15 wasted

Staff insisted on getting platinum. I said I wanted the gold service then they said they do not offer the gold service anymore. I told them its in the board. Then they said they haven't had a chance to take it out. Stay away!
