The layout was not conducive to browsing comfortably. The quality of the items seemed poor, but the prices were high. Store assistants did not seem to have tidied the store. I was not impressed by this store. I left and did not purchase anything. I would enter the store again if it looked more inviting.

I love the store and products and have been shopping in this store for years but their customer service is slightly declining ,in the space of a month I have been twice overcharged, no apology given part from a sarcastic sorry about that but it made me feel like I have inconvenienced them by no fault of my own ,not like I have scanned the products !wasting my time having to call over colleagues to check over then a superior. The staff should definitely have more till training before actually operating the tills and not be so robotic !

Awful customer service and condescending supervisor Linda with no common sense! Love their clothes but some are poor quality and that?s not reflected in the price. After one wear knit jumper looks like a rag! The only place the jumper would look good with more wear is in the shop window!

Review on behalf of my wife - The most helpful staff ever. Went yesterday to find a dress and the sales associate went above and beyond with ideas and options to help. Very unusual to receive this level of service anywhere. I made a purchase and have no doubt without her help I would have walked out empty handed. Thank you for a great experience.

Genuinely love this shop for clothes and been shopping here for years. Today felt like a shoplifter, too many staff standing around chatting then one had eyes on me. Hoped ?just looking? would be enough but no, too many questions, couldn?t make up my mind so put back my intended present and left.

Today I was helped by Mindy when looking for baby clothes to buy my co-worker as a gift. Mindy was so helpful and really enthusiastic and lovely to talk to altogether. You guys have a lovely member staff there in Bluewater, not only did she really help me but really made my day as she was so lovely to talk to throughout my whole visit and had full knowledge of everything she was showing me. Thank you for all your help Mindy!
