Honestly as banks go there are sooo blinking nice.Lady with blonde fuzzy hair is my favourite very sweet and will go out of her way to help you.There is another lady with glasses and my god she is always smiling and available to help with new systems or online stuff.Another lady had silver and brown hair was first time being "served" by her and she was just as nice as the others.Ever need a lloyds bank your in for a treat
