Short queue, prompt and helpful information regarding an old account.

Fellow customers/reviewers, beware the folly of your negative comments. You would all be up in arms if the High St branch closed forcing you to complete 100% online banking. Aim your views towards the business hierarchy, they make the rules, not the branch.

The worst ever ...just waiting for them to say it's closing this bank down ...dreadful waiting times and lack of staff ....esp at lunchtime when they know it's going to be busy

Lovely staff but the waiting time is the longest i have ever had ..the people in the queue were mainly elderly and found it very uncomfortable standing for so long ..luckily i could use the computerised system but a lot of the people queuing were unsure or unable to do so..definitely room for improvement

Need so so so many more staff.

The reality is that unacceptably long waits for service are now the norm here. Customer service has taken a back seat with the bottom line being the point of focus following nearby branch closure. Natwest's painfully duplicitous marketing spin only adds to the frustration when standing in line.

Standards dropping Nat West. Branch makeover. Strip back in staff. Waiting times due to pressure on great staff. .. but N.W need to sort things. I joined this bank for service not queuing as has become the norm!!

It is NatWest Bank, what can you say.
