Much like everyone else we have experienced similar problems.Order through the app, papa johns would accept, wait an hour and a half and then recieve a call that the shop is closed and rider can not collect the food.It's clear they can not fulfill orders and should remove themselves from this service as it seems all bad... read full comment

Big fan of Papa Johns love their pizzas. Herne Bay branch used to be reliable but it seems not any more.Few weeks ago ordered, they turned up completely wrong. Spotted it with the delivery driver who admitted our order had gotten muddled up with his previous drop. By the time it was delivered they were closing so no replacement... read full comment
