I love b&m and USED to work for them so I know why most of the staff are miserable cause they have a rap hoodie manager and the area manager not much better and there paid peanuts hence why you get alot of monkeys working there...but I was always a happy person but basically forced to leave as I answered back a d I wouldn't let them.grind me down.... so as useless and annoying and as rude as some of them are try and be nice as there being grinded down by management

We like B and M isle of Sheppey. A walk round the shop and a trolley full of stuff you never intended to buy. ?Happy ish? staff that mostly join in with banter is a plus. ??

I love this store but after today's situation, I definitely won't go back there soon. I wanted to buy wine and the old lady at the checkout said I was not of the appropriate age. I understand the rules when teenagers do it, but for God's sake I'm 35 years old and have two children. It was very irritating and embarrassing. I didn't have any ID documents but I had a photo on my phone, unfortunately the ladies didn't even want to look. Terrible customer service. This has never happened to me before.
