This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They don?t care about making service improvements, as they know they are they the only pharmacy in town. I emailed head office with suggestions of improvements and got no response.

Shocking service. Purchased some nicotine patches for my husband. The price on the shelf edge label was considerably less than the scanned price. When I queried this, I was told by the lady serving me, ?What do you want us to do? Give them away?? Erm?no! What I want you to do is treat a customer with some respect and admit there?s a problem. Maybe apologise for the mistake - or is that too much to ask?And don?t bother phoning them with a query. I?ve now been waiting for them to pick up a ringing phone for 16 minutes!!! Shambolic service.And it hasn?t got any better! My husband works 12.5 hour shifts for the ambulance service, so it?s not always easy for him to get his medication. He ordered his repeat medication with his GP on Thursday. The following Wednesday, I try to phone the pharmacy to ask if it?s ready - in order to avoid a wasted trip. I phoned the pharmacy 7 times - and nobody answered once. So I took a chance, and went in. The queue was almost to the door! I waited 25 minutes to get to the front - to then be told the prescription wasn?t ready because I hadn?t given them enough time! I said it had been requested last Thursday, and they insisted they?d only received it that Wednesday morning. They told me to come in on Saturday to collect - 9 days after it had been requested. When I advised that wasn?t possible because my husband and I were both working, the assistant just shrugged her shoulders at me. The Saturday would be December 24, and the pharmacy would then be closed all over Christmas. I was told to, ?go back and complain to the GP if you don?t like it!? What?s the GP got to do with it??? I commented on the non answered phone calls, and was then accused of lying because, ?we answer every call that we receive!?Disgusting service by a staff team who clearly don?t care!

Asked them if they got some medicine , the answer is : no we don?t have it and won?t purchase it. Not any explanation! All the other pharmacies are much better. They either explained it?s due to manufacturing problems or told me leaving my number and they would buy it for me.

I gave this one star review just because there wasn?t any option of zero.That?s the last place I?d go when I want to be treated.The staff work the slowest I?ve seen in my life. I unfortunately had to use their service 3 times and guess what? They never got any better.So this is the process to get your medication in this pharmacy:1. Get in and queue at the line (no problem)2. Once its your turn, the pharmacist or whatever the title is of the lady behind the counter, you will queue for her to check if they have the medication.3. If they have it (not even talking about the option of them not having it) they will send you to wait outside between 20 minutes to ?come tomorrow please? because they need to process it.Last time, while the pharmacy was open, I was told that they are on lunch time so please to come back in an hour or two. Why would the place be open if I can?t be served? Is that some kind of a joke? Why wouldn?t they just close if they are eating for hours at the middle of the day.While I may not be a pharmacist I wonder what is this process actually. Well, I have been prescribed by a doctor, they did say already that they have it. So what is it now if not to take it out of the cupboard box, into the little papery bag and to let me pay?If you are in a great pain, need medications, and bored of the movies at bed while being sick - come here, they will keep you busy waiting.

Very rude staff who did not have a clue what they were doing. Even the Pharmicist was rude and uninterested.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff and be careful with the prices. They?ll tell you one price on the phone and another in the pharmacy and treat you as if you?re lying to them. I will never step foot in there ever again. If you?d like a better experience go to the pharmacy in Tesco in Larkfield.

Waited in queue for twenty minutes when finally got to counter to be told pharmacists had gone to lunch so couldn't get my prescription .only one person behind counter !!

Horrendous experience, staff managed to lose my prescriptions then accused me of lying and said I could only get them if I paid when I have an exemption, never using them ever again

Unfortunately the same experience as everyone else. Shocking service and rude staff. Even buying over the counter medicines is difficult. Try and avoid if you can.

I thought it was brilliant but since the pandemic I have been struggling to get medications which are every month, on time. My carer has always had to wait a while after being told that it will be ready at a specific time. Even urgent needs are not treated as urgent anymore. I?m so disappointed that I have now changed my nominated Pharmacy.

Have used Paydens for years but have noticed that the custormer service has gone downhill rapidly. Ordered repeat on the 6th, someone went to pick it up for me on the 16th to be told it wasn't ready as I hadn't given them 5 days notice!! Not helpful on the phone when I asked why it wasn't ready given a pack of lies about it being out of stock but is in now. So within 10 minutes of trying to collect the stock had come in and was suddenly ready for pickup! Also it is now 48 hrs before you can collect a prescription that the Dr has given you. Was told if it is urgent they will try and help get it done sooner. Begs the question if they are not a Dr and don't know what is wrong with you how can they know if it is urgent!?!Absolute waste of time trying to get them to deliver even though it is advertised on the website. I am disabled am too unwell to go over there so got someone to go for me now have to ask them yet again to go back next day. Not the first time this has happened and am sure it won't be the last. With luck all items will be there this time and I won't have to go yet again to get things put right. Going elsewhere in future I totally give up with this place.

The queue was massive, 20 mins just to get to the desk. Then another 15 to get a prescription. Could add more about my not so pleasant experience but can?t be bothered. Won?t go back there again
