I?ve just returned from eating Saturday lunch here with the family. The quality and presentation of the food was amazing and we had the option to choose from three starters, three mains and three desserts. A children?s menu was also provided for my granddaughter. Toby, our server, was polite and attentive - checking several times if everything was to our satisfaction. It was a great place to go to eat for a special occasion.

Recently stayed at Brandshatch hotel and went back today for afternoon tea. The service is brilliant and a special mention to Drew who made us feel very welcome on both visits.

I didnt stay or eat at the hotel, I went to a medium night in the function room, fantastic evening, staff were very friendly, and the coffee was excellent!

Stayed one night for our 50th wedding anniversary. Nice big rooms and plenty of free parking . good bar and good food served by polite and helpful staff.

Can only comment on the Spa and Gym area but it is a calm and well run space with free parking. Good quality finish to the facilities and not uber luxury but a good experience and friendly reception staff. Food and drink menu was OK if a touch overpriced but that?s probably to do with the fact it?s part of an upmarket hotel chain. Will definitely return as and when

Came for an afternoon tea spa day. The venue was run down and dirty. Holes in the ceiling above the hot tub. Dirty metal and scummy dirty bubbles frothing up. Rusty metal everywhere in the gym. Handprints on the walls that clearly hadn?t been cleaned in years. I had no faith that there wasn?t mould inside the water dispenser. Left shower in spa changing room was blocked and overflowing after a 2 minute shower. Right shower had so much limescale buildup on the head that it sprayed so hard it actually hurt. One shower only had shower gel and shampoo and the other only shower gel and conditioner. Hot tub is only able to turn on 1/3 of the time you?re in it. Phones were allowed in the spa and a guest was taking a loud 10+ minute video call in the hot tub area which was very uncomfortable. Spa therapist trying to sell us products after we?d already spent nearly £300 on the spa day. Right hairdryer broken in the pool changing room. Not enough loungers for guests to use in poolside area so we had nowhere to sit down there even though there were 10+ in the upstairs relaxation rooms that were hardly being used. Guests using towels to reserve loungers and then not using them for hours leaving others with nowhere to rest poolside. The whole spa is in need of a thorough deep clean. Pool had a ring of scummy discolouration around waterline. Hour long massage was scheduled we were collected from the amber room at 5.05 and already out of the door by 5.55 so actual massage time was only about 40 minutes after the consultation and dressing times. I took my partner here thinking it would be a good standard that reflected the price but I?m a little bit embarrassed and disappointed to have brought her here when the standards were so much lower than what I expected and paid for. The staff were friendly and professional and afternoon tea was pleasant and catered well to dietary requests, but unfortunately that?s about it for positives.

Fantastic. I?ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks. The first for dinner, 1 night stay and breakfast and the second for afternoon tea. What can I say? The staff are impeccable. So attentive and helpful. The venue is beautiful and the best nights sleep I?ve ever had in a hotel. I would hands down recommend.Rooms: Fantastic.Food & drinks: Beautiful food and fantastic service.

Beautiful hotel with amazing and friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and there are lots of different options. Attend the murder mystery evening with dinner and can highly recommend the experience and the food. The spa facilities look good, and I will definitely visit next time I am in the area.
