A charity shop trying to achieve the best it can do with as many donations for the generous community. The products are of reasonable quality to high quality and that can be a problem in it self. Especially to the audience that is variable at best. However, they have been donated products so it?s understandable and they are volunteers doing there best to engage all the customers. This is a really small shop and there be a limit on number of people in store for safety reasons.

Your prices have gone crazy, you compare prices to items on eBay.£160 for some Dr Martens, £50 for a Levi Jean jacket, £80 for muddy timberland boots, Primark jeans £12Your money is only lining the pockets of the people at the top, not the cause. Charities work both ways, you are forgetting people use them due to not earning much money yet you a pricing for the trend of the middle class thrifter and overpricing everything.

Your Charles Tyrwhitt shirts are NOT BRAND NEW! Who ever has told you to tell customers this is asking you to lie. Visit the CT website. THEY ARE PART EXCHANGED, "second hand" shirts. "Bring any old shirt or polo (Tyrwhitt or not) to your nearest store, and get £5 off a fresh one. Bring in 4 and get £20 off our shirt" They are then shipped to British Heart Foundation. This means that selling them in BHF shops for £9.99 becomes a TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

This is the second time have asked for BHF to collect furniture. Both times turned up late and refused to take the furniture without really looking at it. Both times furniture was good quality and good Condition. But they arrived at the end of the day glanced at the furniture and said it was not suitable and walked out. I will not be using again

Waited in all day from 9am-5pm and tried to find out when collection would happen. Rung several times. Eventually got a call back at 17:30 to say they were on their way.

Good cause but the prices for books are often pretty extreme. The store is always very busy so clearly very popular.

Well, I wrote November 18, a poor review in relation to their collection service, not given correct information, not turning up on collection day etc... I was not the only review complaining about their collection service which is very efficient in wasting your time! Never received a reply from BHF and a miracle ooccured few weeks later, ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS REMOVED! So an average of 4 stars does not reflect the reality, shame BHF Maidstone!

Hate to agree with the negative reviews but thatâ??s two Saturdays Iâ??ve lost now waiting in for BHF. Communication is poor- I had a conversation with someone to book me in for last weekend but then the driver â??broke downâ? just after 3pm. I didnâ??t think anything of this until this week when I received a confirmation email for my rebooked appointment today - I never received that email last time, hence why I think there was miscommunication previously. So, again, I waited indoors today for my 4 items to be collected between midday and 5pm. Nobody arrived, nobody emailed, and their phone just rang off the hook. Donâ??t waste your time, find another charity that is reliable and grateful.
