Attitude definitely on. After driving nearly 30 minutes from another Costa as they didn't have ice ?????, i come to this one only to find out they are missing ingredients and also get a long look when i point out that Costa is kinda letting people down with always missing something. The guy at the till was "yeah, whatever". I guess my money is also good somewhere else buddy, keep your Attitude.

My husband and I had the lovely frappes and one of the staff members was extremely helpful in checking which flavours/ingredients were vegan friendly. Unfortunately I couldn?t catch her name on the badge but she even remembered us on the back and we had frappes again! Thank you so much for catering for our diets.

Stopped for a lunch break. Opted for a Flat White along with a Toasted Ham and Cheese sandwich. Asked for the coffee in a proper cup and was told they?re not available because the Dishwasher was broken. (sorry, but I?ve heard that from so many Costas it?s now boring) The sandwich was heated up from their warmer but presented in a cardboard box. When I put that on a plate which was on the serving counter I was told I couldn?t have a plate either. Certainly not the warmest of service when paying just under £10 but service and standards like this will only prevail when you have a prime location like this. Your standards are beyond satisfactory. The coffee was also weak and too milky for a Flat White. More like a Latte. I gave up at that point and will not be using this venue again. From a frequent visitor to Maidstone Services. J8 M20

The lady who served us was so rude pulling face expressions in the way of telling us to hurry up. She rolled her eyes multiple times didn?t even say thank you or anything really. Miserable. Ice tea didn?t have any ice in it.
