My whole experience of purchasing a new sofa has been ruined because of the lack of organization in the background, firstly the person who placed the order didn't add all the cushions I had selected and I understand mistakes happen, everything else at that stage seemed amazing. But my issue is that after the initial error was made it should be a pretty simple fix, have to wait weeks for the sofa anyway so you would think that would be enough time to arrange 3 of the signature cushions to be made and delivered on the same day. Somehow it's not that simple. 2 cushions are not going to be delivered for a at least a whole week after my sofa arrives. This might not seem a big deal to most but the image I bought is not what I'm going to receive, one cushion was going to make it and 15 minutes before my delivery I find out DFS managed to leave this off the van, thinking this was the worst of my issues was stupid of me as the sofa has just arrived and they have ordered the pillow back version and not the formal back version, I hate pillow back and would have never ordered one. DFS is a joke and I wish never ordered from here.

Awful experience. Our sofas arrived and within a day all the stitching was coming out. The store offered to repair but who wants to spend thousands of pounds on an item that is then repaired? If that's the case then I would have brought second hand sofas.Had to use my consumer rights to get a replacement sofa. But offered no compensation. The replacement sofa we wanted had an express option but was around £200 more. But they would not budge on the price. So we have had to go for the non express option and now have to wait 16 weeks for delivery of our replacement sofas. And we couldn't keep the sofa care because of the cost difference. Once again no budging.Was told by a manager DFS do not offer compensation and their goodwill to me is the fact they are offering a replacement. THAT IS NOT goodwill. That is my consumer right for a product not of satisfaction.Appalling customer service from store managers and no compassion whatsoever. Awaiting contact back from trading standards before looking at cancelling the order and going somewhere else.

Went there today to look at Sofas. All staff were very helpful and welcoming. We were helped buy David and he made the transaction very easy once we had chosen our Sofa. He explained all the details of buying a sofa very clear and we were very happy upon leaving.

How this company have such good ratings is beyond me ! I ordered my furniture over 10 weeks in advance and they still sent out cuddle chairs in a completely different fabric to the main sofa. I ended up having to go into store to be told this was a supplier error and that I had to wait another 8 weeks for this to be rectified. In the interim Creation (the company we had taken out finance with) had no issues in taking payment prior to the issue being resolved. I was told I couldn't complain until the new cuddle chairs had been received and I was happy (how ironic). I took another day off work for the new chairs to be delivered - there was no option of when would have been best suited to me, just a message as notification. The gliders were basically stuck to the side of the foot of the furniture, hanging off and not protecting my flooring in any way. I asked for the manager to call me back as when I called he / she was conveniently on annual leave however instead I received an email back. I have been called this morning and offered a hamper as a form of apology however this in no way compensates for the time I have spent chasing DFS to rectify the mistake nor the days I have had to take as annual leave waiting in for deliveries. Awful customer service and a load of headache after spending thousands on furniture.

Nice place to look at suites. Many varieties including leather and recliner chairs. We chose ours and was looked after by Rowan who helped with our needs.

Natasha the Asst Sales Manager was very patient explaining all the options to my elderly uncle. Her customer service level was so compelling he purchased the chair on the spot. It's a delight to experience such a high level of competence and engagement. Thank You

Don't bother brought a sofa told by the sales man that I needed 319cm clearance so I went and ordered it when arrived it was to big at 328cm two dfs workers came out and measured and agreed so I asked for a full refund as it was well in with the 14 day consumer rights cooling off period which is law but all I get from the store is its in there tolerance levels which I was never made aware of because I would have never ordered it in the 1st place there quick enough to take your cash but when it's there fault they don't like handing it back
