“Had a great time with the staff members,Always very helpful to me,I think a young girl kcaitlin, she was helpful and understanding,But I do notice that someone of the customers are very rude to your stuff members,Such things that they think you’re staff members should know how to mind read, If the customer doesn’t know what they won’t,Then how the hell would you think,I’ve been a plumber /bathroom fitter/ kitchens,As a bit of an all rounder,Sometimes I try to help your customers out to the best of my abilities because they can be so thick rude,I just wish them sort of people would shop elsewhere, And stop making wait in a queue,I don’t think anyone can read minds but I think you can read mine”

“I would not usually rate a B and Q, but I am.a take point customer and a elderly lady was so "human" and talkative plus very helpfull I wish I had remembered her name. She was very good and wished all were like her. She brings good personal service to a faceless organisation. It was like being transported to an indipendant DIY supplier.Appologies for not being able to remember your name but I will use that store more often if your the main checkout lady. ( if I'm allowed to say that)”
