“I would not usually rate a B and Q, but I am.a take point customer and a elderly lady was so "human" and talkative plus very helpfull I wish I had remembered her name. She was very good and wished all were like her. She brings good personal service to a faceless organisation. It was like being transported to an indipendant DIY supplier.Appologies for not being able to remember your name but I will use that store more often if your the main checkout lady.
