Only gave 1 star because unable to mark -stars. I have never known such conartists in my life. How 02 are still going is beyond me. They never charge you the correct amount that you signed up for! I know this because I don't use the 02 SIM and still getting charged extra. It's sat in my cabnet still sealed up in envelope collecting dust! Explain this one please mr 02? I will get to the bottom of this and I will get this issue resolved!

Waited at counter for 20 mins not being served staff looking at us and ignoring us to the point they wakled past us ignoring us
