Had a great time with the staff members,Always very helpful to me,I think a young girl kcaitlin, she was helpful and understanding,But I do notice that someone of the customers are very rude to your stuff members,Such things that they think you?re staff members should know how to mind read, If the customer doesn?t know what they won?t,Then how the hell would you think,I?ve been a plumber /bathroom fitter/ kitchens,As a bit of an all rounder,Sometimes I try to help your customers out to the best of my abilities because they can be so thick rude,I just wish them sort of people would shop elsewhere, And stop making wait in a queue,I don?t think anyone can read minds but I think you can read mine

Placed an on-line order for home delivery and found the website description and picture did not match the 22mm tank connectors sent. Had a web chat and advised to take to the local branch to exchange for correct item with a different stock number. Branch were very helpful in sorting out though had get a refund as on inspecting the alternative stock number, the fittings were identical!

I recently placed an order with the call centre for.collection at the Maidstone branch but unfortunately when I went to collect there my order hadn't been realised and was stuck in the system due to one item being out of stock. Fortunately I was served by Rob who went above and beyond to resolve the issue contacting HO to get the order released and replacing the out of stock item with a suitable substitute.Rob and his colleagues are a credit to his store and Toolstation

Always found it to be good here but today was outstanding. I messed up my order (my fault) and the staff could not have been more helpful in sorting it. Really went above and beyond for me.
