Appalling service not delivering prescription painkillers the same day the doctor put my prescription through, i have been in pain for over a week with a sprained muscle and they were supoosed to be delivered and given to me by the staff who support me two days ago, they should have been delivered and given to me the same day my prescription was put through.

Very slow in dealing with orders on healthera app which we have to use for medication.Drs approved day after ordering ..baxters didn't process until days later meaning we had to goto 111 for an emergency supply. Also only retailer I know that closes for lunch ???

Extremely disappointed they've removed the repeat prescription service. Some of us work and have to now take unpaid time off to chase up our GPs for repeats. Why not employ another staff member to deal with repeats exclusively? (other than this, their customer service is excellent).

They are wonderful, compassionate, knowledgeable and I can not thank them enough for all they did for my mum during lockdown #1 when she was poorly, and how they have looked after us since her passing. They even order your prescriptions for you.Nothing is too much trouble.
