“The staff in the margate shop were very friendly and helpful that's why I gave 5 stars to this store. I purchased a few Christmas bits for crafts. I would not reccomend going to the Westwood shopping centre store though as the staff especially the manager are very rude and say nasty comments about customers once they leave the store in front of other customers. Very unprofessional behaviour and conduct for a manager.”

“WHSmith is one of the old dinosaur shops on our High Streets which will no doubt be disappearing soon, unless it revamps itself. BIG TIME.Great for your last minute bits at the airport, great for that note book or pen you forgot to take with you to that meeting, maybe the odd yummy chocolate bar, but in real terms it's very expensive, outdated stock and most important - influence in the High St is now unfortunately showing.It's a shame, I've always loved browsing those overstocked bookshelves, buying my Christmas wrapping papers and picking out the odd gift here and there, but nowadays, it's just a quick call to grab a bottle of water... There's absolutely NOTHING to keep me in there... it's sad.The store is sad, the stock is sad, the staff are always fantastic.It needs a whole lot of TLC fast ...?But thank you WHSMITH for all the good times...?”
