Very prompt delivery- next working day to your room of choice with all the clips and legs in place. Basically no work for me to do! Great service brought a mattress had it for just over a month noticed a slight split in it .Rang them up ask if it had a warranty the owner said it comes with 1 year asked the problem .the next day 2 polite and helpful guy's turned up and with a new replacement even took the new one upstairs for me now that's service
