“Visited in October with family members who didn’t speak English and struggled a bit to explain what they needed. We asked about 3 or 4 different staff members to help at various points and every one was exceptionally kind, patient and helpful. They all made sure we had what we needed before moving on. Staff on the tills were lovely too. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such consistently excellent customer service in a big retail unit. Thank you all. ???”
