What a terrible experience we've had with PJ Mulley! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST TO ANYONE! The bouquet we ordered for our aunt's birthday was changed from our chosen Tropical bouquet to tulips, arrived a day later than scheduled and the flowers were simply dumped on her doorstep! The flowers were extremely poor quality with most of them already open and dropping petals. "Faye" in their Customer Services Team has been unhelpful, unsympathetic and argumentative - certainly not how to treat paying customers! Faye has refused to refund our money, instead offering 10% off our next order with them which is an absolute joke as we will NEVER order flowers from such a terrible florist again!!

I love this online florist, the prices are so competitive and they offer free delivery and excellent customer service. Communication was fantastic throughout, they called me straight away after I ordered a hospital delivery and advised against it because many of their flowers have been turned away in the past, so I changed the address on the order. They also notify you on the day of an hour slot when the flowers will be delivered, and the bouquet looks wonderful, such high quality. Thanks again, I'm a customer for life!
