On Friday on the way home from work I couldn't get diesel from anyway due to the panic buying, all the fuel stations on my route home had sold out, and I JUST managed to get home on fumes. My van is sat on my drive empty and I cannot risk taking it out in case I run dry.\\n\\nAfter a weekend of trying to find fuel for my van, so that I can work, I discover tonight (Sunday) that the BP at Medway Services has diesel, excellent. So I drive my car with my plastic 5 litre container to get some diesel in order to top up my van so that I can drive my van to the fuel station to fill up.\\nHowever, when I get there they refuse to allow me to fill my ONE single 5 litre container. I explain to them my situation, that my van is sat empty at home and I cant get it to the services, and that I NEED this in order to top up a little so I can drive my van, I didn't want to put any in my car, I just simply needed 5 litres for my van, yet still they refused.\\n\\nI haven't panic bought like the majority of the nation, I've been patient and waited until the last minute when everything has calmed down a little, but now I may need to cancel my work tomorrow putting me out of pocket purely because your staff refused to sell me 5 litres of fuel. I would have understood if it was a large 20 litre jerry can, or multiple 5 litre containers, but it was ONE, one 5 litre container that could literally mean the difference between me getting to work or seriously putting a dent in my family's income.

I arrived on my motorbike to fill with fuel yesterday evening and when doing so was refused fuel if I stayed seated on the bike, the lady said it is BP rules and then went on to show me a highlighted section in a book showing it is a recommendation,\\nIt is very dangerous to put a bike on a side stand to fill with fuel this makes the bike lean over making the tank/filler un level, also means you have to lean over the bike to reach the pump. The lady said the bike should be put onto a centre stand, I then tried to explain how most bikes do not have a centre stand anymore but only a side stand.\\nThis needs to be reviewed and retraining of staff. I have never been asked to stand of the motorbike when fueling at any other location. SOMEONE WILL GET HURT!!!!!

9th June 2018 price is 1.47 a litre. Rip off

September 2nd 2017 diesel priced over £1.35 a litre, 15p a litre more than the garage nearest my house. This place is an utter, utter rip off. I asked the guy behind the counter why the fuel price was so high and he just said "my regulars don't seem to mind". Epic price gouging. Save your cash and find somewhere else.

Price gouging for fuel as you would expect but no working tyre air machine at a garage?!?
