Having spent just under £40 the service by Lucy was helpful and friendly. However the after service leaves a lot to be desired. Unless I take the faulty item to my nearest branch which involves a 25 mile round trip I am left out of pocket. I Offered to send this recorded delivery for them to inspect but company policy will not allow this. I will not be recommending or purchasing from F Hinds in the future.
