Went in on the off chance to order a new cheque book for my dad as he's not so mobile these days. Lady who served me was very helpful pleasant and sorted this for me in a few minutes. Needless to say I introduced her to Naomi's pictures ? as we had similiar nail colours at the time of my visit. Cheers Matty /Naomi xx

I had organised a chat about a loan, I wanted to talk to real person as the app resorts to algorithms that don?t get the nuances of real life. A recent similar chat with HMRC was enlighteningly understanding and I was expecting a similar human approach from Lloyds. Margate branch was busy when I popped in, so an in-person meeting was organised at Ramsgate. A phone conversation followed in the interim, cancelling the meeting and suggesting I ?use the app?. A fantastic triumph of procedure over common sense. I question not only the ?Lloyds Blank? logic but my own loyalty of 30 years.

Rang Lloyds bank Ramsgate to make an appointment Acc. number/sort code/DOB followed by one of the digits. Can't remember any of these digers. So rang number on top of statement same answer as above. How can I contact my branch if I can't get through to them??

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Limited staff. Huge cues and no attempt to get the staff out the office to help. Clearly tea is more important today

Very rude not helpful and going to see the manager about the little up start who has twice been rude to my mum who was putting money into my two nieces accounts and wanted the total put into there bank books but the unhelpful and rude girl behind the desk wouldn't even though I was assured when opening the account any could. She is a useless jobs worth.

They are helpful although they don't know everything and have to sometimes consult with each other to get info. At least they tell you when they're unsure and don't try and blag. I feel sorry for them because it appears they are understaffed
