Had an awful experience in there this week! I carried my small dog just inside the entrance so could pop my head round to do the right thing by politely asking if I could grab something with her as she's terrified when left outside.Someone other than the person I was asking answered no before they could even speak and so even though I didn't like it, I respected it and tied my dog outside and rushed in so not to leave her too long.When I got to the till with my items, the same woman rudely said that they wouldn't serve me even though she wasn't the person at my till.What possible reason could you have for such prejudice?! You are an awful, rude woman and need to be taught basic manners considering you work in customer service!I will be taking this further with your boss!
