Miserable staff , inflated prices

Rude member of staff on checkout, dropping off parcels for Myhermes, I waited my turn in line and the person servicing ignored me and served 4 other customers BEHIND me before serving me. I am a customer, I waited my turn in line the same as everyone else, I was basically ignored till everyone else was served. Very poor customer service and I won?t use again
