The last two times I have visited this store it was for one item, and I?ve had to wait 15 minutes to be given the product. The two women at the front seem to be serving aswell as going out the back to collect the orders while two guys in the warehouse stand there with their hands in their pockets chatting. Screwfix/tool station has the same serving set up yet they are so much more efficient.

Could have been 5 stars but had to knock it down 1 star as they gave me the wrong product, so had to go back to exchange. Another star for the long wait to pick up and another star because of the lack of parking.

Very friendly staff, Shame the place isn't open on Sundays like other euro car parts places so you'll need to travel to the next nearest which is probably larkfield

Went there to get 5ltr oil, 3 different filters and a sump plug. Before going there I had added them to my online shopping basket and the total was showing as £84.13. Once there, I read out the exact same items to the assistant and the total came to exactly £84.13. Great so far.Then, I mentioned the organisation I work for and asked if there is any discount (don't ask don't get and that), the lady said, oh yes of course. Then she restarted my shopping basket under my organisation's name / account. She had to pick a different air filter because the one previously selected could not be loaded. Then the total came to £92.05. I thought she had selected a more expensive filter hence the higher total. So I proceeded to pay thinking I am getting a better air filter, and left. Okay so far.When I got home I realised that the replacement filter was the same price as the one previously selected and the total should have been less than £84.13 with "discount". I called the branch to ask why I ended up paying more. The lady who answered just wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. She had no clue, suggested that my basked must have shown online only offer price and that the price in store is different. Clearly that was not the case, I tried to explain but she had no time. With my company discount I ended up paying £7.92 more than the RRP. Amazing.In conclusion, Euro Car Parts' discount price is more than the RRP and, the lady who answered the phone is always right and has no time for customers.

Do not collect, staff are so slow and borderline useless. Just get it delivered.

This place needs a seating area for waiting for a member of staff to appear so you can place an order and for once you've placed it.I was 2nd in line waiting for someone to appear to take my order and it took 45 mins to adventually find out that the listing was wrong on the system

Took 15 mins to get served in store with only 2 people in front of me sad thing is I then have to wait another 20 mins waiting for 1 item other than that ordering on line won't get u served any quicker coz u have to pick up in store very unsure of stock in shop

staff are not friendly at all. Usually buy things online and collect from there if i come across anything chepaer or quality stuff. But usually thats not the case. Staffs are rude and cocky...I really do hope to see a day where the staffs are friendly and focus on customer service than themselves. Not even a bloody thank you or cheers !

Unfortunately it seems that ALL the branches have the same philosophy when it comes to "in store" customers.I was in a queue of 7 and only one person working front of house going back and forth looking for items in the warehouse.It's obvious their main client base is the delivery sector but thays no reason to treat walk ins so poorly.And no, this is not the first time it's happened.It's everytime

Never going there again.. click and collect apparently wasn't working, queued for 25 mins before I could put order in, not because of a long queue but because no one bothering to come to the counter to serve people, then ordered and had to move across to wait again for 35 mins for someone to bother to bring people's purchases out . Not until I asked how much longer did the member of staff go to the back to shout is anyone doing this as there are customers waiting... Then the items started coming out!!! I waited over an hour for a bottle of car oil with no apologies for the delay from one member of staff.. They were rude and you could see they were there on a Saturday where they would rather be somewhere else!!! Not the customers fault, go get another job doing something you enjoy then.... Next time I'm buying off the shelf from anywhere but there......

Disappointed, checked stock online but when in the store they didn't have it. The cue was also out the door.
