The staff in the Strood branch cant do enough for you! They are very polite & respectful to my requirements plus they patiently answered my half a million questions. I will be returning here for all my decorating materials & recommend others do too. The quality of the materials is also the best on the market & I wouldn?t use any other paint in my house! Thank you

I parked in front of the shop to run to their business neighbours to collect a receipt, as the rest of the car park was full. The staff told me off for doing so very impolitely, and despite explaining everything, I had to leave the space anyway. I had to wait for someone to leave the car park and the only way to do so was by blocking the access to the empty space anyway. Focus on your people skills, not the car park...
