Great little shop, lovely lady in the shop today got my difficult lottery tickets sorted with ease and way less stressful than the Haven Allhallows site shop. Will definitely be back next month when the tickets are due again. And the ice cream freezer is in the perfect place, just what we needed after our walk.

Absolutely terrible experiences, staff are extremely rude and have zero concept of what it is to deliver quality customer service. I have been followed around the shop, overcharged (without apology) and spoken to with utter disrespect. I would give them zero stars if I could. I will not be returning to this shop and would not recommend to others.

Manager is rude and has a poor level of English. Shouted at my family when we explained that it is rude to beep at paying customers, rather than respectfully wind the car window down to speak with us. Also heavily overpriced on basic products and groceries. Would not recommend

Hmm, not quite sure what to say. Polite enough staff but definitely taking advantage of the fact it?s just outside a caravan park. £2 for milk? I live in London and nowhere near the price. I?ll have to tolerate due to the fact there really isn?t much option but I?d suggest you get some food on the way. Feel bad for locals really

It seems to be under new ownership and something I bought before it was took over has gone up by 80 pence that is defo more then inflation other items I used to buy has also gone up by a lot good luck with the shop people will STOP coming if u continue doing this I won?t be using the shop again even tho I was in it at least 5 times a week r go to a shop on my way home from work instead that doesn?t put their prices up so stupidly
