Nice and easy transaction but bit of a wait due to lack of staff.Putting money in so nice and quick once it was my turn.Friendly staff.Nice neutral location.Plenty parking in Aldi car park.

I choose my time to go to this Building Society as it is always busy. So left it until after lunch, when I arrived there was two people being served and one in the queue. I was standing there for 30 minutes. Absolute joke. One of the assistants was going through in fine detail of ISA?s. Come on people! Make an appointment, sort out your system. By the time I left there was 8 people waiting, all rolling their eyes. Definitely moving my account to a more efficient BS.

Small store with just two cashiers, so queues build up quickly, however the lovely bank manager was on hand to help and advise that the ATM outside can accept checks. Nice to see some diversity in Medway too ?

On the phone for 57 minutes before an answerNeeded to find out why I can't transfer some money to my normal bank account without resorting to using a Card Reader that I don't have.Girl on the phone was completely not listening to me so eventually I had to very rudely expressed my frustration had to hang up. Well done nationwide for not listening to what i want , not what you want
