My friend and I visited the Phase Eight store at Clark?s village in Street today.We had the best customer care.Helpful,kind,charming so friendly.We didn?t get their names but both were so warm and welcoming.We haven?t received this kind of customer care in a long while.Looking forward to our next visitThank you for taking such great care of us

The matured chinese woman staff was very rude to us. We went there last Saturday 27th January afternoon at St .James located in St Christopher Place . Very bad experienced with her and she don?t want to help us for the long dress we need.

Wouldn?t rate this company highly although some of their products do work. Customer service not very good. Took ages to resolve an issue. Now I?ve finally ordered a dress paying £60 and the belt for the dress is missing. Little details like this really matter, please Eight don?t seem to care to do that properly.

Faulty item was received- mark on shoe. No response to email so messaged via Facebook. Was told Phase Eight do not do replacements so I would have to pay up front to reorder and wait for a refund on faulty item. To make matters worse I was advised that they would ? price match? the amount I paid for the shoes ( got NHS discount) but they would then be non returnable.Extremely poor Customer Service!! Buyers beware? lovely items as long as you don?t have a problem

I.purchased a dress for a wedding, when it arrived it was screwed up in a plastic bag and was so creased it looked like a rung out dish cloth!! I expect better than that for a dress costing £119. I had to iron it before trying it on, if the Wedding hadn't been happening as soon as it is I would have sent it straight back. Not impressed at all

Terrible customer service, payment taken 12 days ago. & still no sign of my order. Might be a good idea not to state delivery time of 3-5 days on orders as this is false information. I have emailed twice regarding my order so please don?t ask for my details as you already have them. Item will be returned when/if it arrives and I guess I?ll be then fighting for a refund!!

I have purchased the black Cape coat in black size 12/14.. Struggling getting a coat to fit me as am 5f11, normal need 14 /16 are tall 14.. Over the moon the frabic is beautiful, so classy, have party wear, sits nice with a dress skirt, not all hunched, free as it's CapeWith pockets.. Thank you so much

Ordered something for a wedding next day delivery, it didn?t turn up and the order was cancelled because the item did not pass quality control. So why the hell was it available to buy on the website? Then had to ask for a postage refund as it didn?t happen automatically. Then got an email to say my refund would take longer than normal. AVOID!!!

absolutely the worst customer service experience i have ever had! ordered online at 2pm on Tuesday, for what is deceptively described as "next day delivery" it is now 5.10pm on Thursday, and no sign, and store is telling me its not likely to be in until tomorrow, the day of my sons wedding! Store and customer service have been so unhelpful, Iwas told if this was an issue to come choose something else, To add insult to injury, i have now been on hold for 20minutes! They did have 2 similar products instore, both damaged and in need of repair, to which i was told, well it's only a few stitches!!!!
