Went this morning for my Flu jab that had been booked on line to be told that it had been cancelled and had I not been informed. Apparently this was due to the pharmacist being ill they then said if I leave my name and phone number they will let me know when I can get it done again. They then apologised for the emergency that had prevented the pharmacist from turning up. They can't even give the same reason for cancelling the appointment in the same conversation. Not impressed at all
