Came in on Christmas day as a party of 6. First time ever eating out for Christmas and what a amazing day had by all. But the best thing was our Waitress Sue, she made our day and is a great asset to the restaurant. Will be back, thank you Sue for making us feel special

Had our works Xmas dinner here, food was average. Prawn and smoked salmon starters was good, but the turkey dinner was small with two small slices of turkey. And we never got our side order of pigs in blankets.

We went for a group Christmas dinner. Carol looked after us very well, she was very attentive, helpful, cheerful and had a lovely warm personality. Service was quick in a good way. The food was lovely, could not fault it. Lovely and fresh and everything hot. The Xmas dinner was cooked to perfection - fresh, just the right amount, and will all trimmings. We felt the menu was very good value for money too and we went for the 3 course option. Would 100% recommend.

Gail was excellent. Food was fine and as expected. Wish Beefeater would stop putting paper under dishes as you end up wondering if you were eating paper with your food!

We have just been to this restaurant for Sunday roast. The service was appalling,We booked at table for 4:30pm as we have young kids so wanted to eat early as to get them to bed early. We sat down at 4:30 & did not leave until 7:15pm. From what we could see there was one waitress serving 1whole side of the restaurant on her own with little help from the Manager Olek. Our waitress was fantastic but over worked & unfortunately this meant we were just forgotten. Waiting over 30 to have plates cleared, menus bought out. We could see our food just sitting under the heat lamp drying out. I'm absolutely appalled by this we quite like it here & visit frequently but I think we will go elsewhere from now on. Not even an apology from the manager when I complained.

GreT place lovely staff Guinness was on point.?? however food was shockingly poor. Wings tasted cheap steak was well over cooked n tough plus wheres my grilled tomato ? unacceptable if im paying them

I took a group of 18 ladies for lunch on Friday 8th and we had a very enjoyable meal. Sue, our waitress, was absolutely brilliant and helpful and it mean't that everyone was able to enjoy themselves as she looked after us so well. So I wanted to thank her and recommend this Beefeater.

Nice dining areas and menu - much more restaurant-like than pub-like. Wonderful food, and my medium-rare rib eye was perfectly cooked. Side dishes (salad, roated vegetables, onion rings, mushroom and tomato) were all excellent too.Friendly, cheerful service - thanx, Stacey!Adjacent to Premier Inn, and convenient to the Holiday Inn.Vegetarian options: For a place called "Beefeater" there's more available than you might imagine.Wheelchair accessibility: Step-free to most tables. Two accessible parking spaces right at the entrance.

Had a voucher for a free bottle of wine, but were told by by manager that it had already been used. We had only received it a few days before by email. If it had it certainly was not by us. The manager treated us in a very offhand manner and told us ring his head office and complain. We will not be going back.

We come to this Beefeater frequently, not only for the good food, but mainly because of the amazing waitress Sue! No matter how busy it gets, she?s always so welcoming and is always making sure we are all ok, and if we need anything. Sue deserves all the recognition as she is always working so hard but makes the whole experience! Don?t send her to the folks home yet! Give her a raise instead! Can?t recommend this beefeater enough because of Sue! Thank you!

Took my 95 year old dad for Sunday lunch and served by Sue. My dad is in a wheelchair and he recognised her from a previous visit and she was so kind and thoughtful and attended to his needs. The service was great - not rushed and food was as good as usual!Wheelchair accessibility: Very easily accessed in a wheelchair with paring just outside.
