I think my dad has been homebase not sure what day on exactlyI sure he has beenI have seen how bad reviews people given homebase a few years ago it seemsI would say that I actually don't mind homebase in Otford too muchWhen I do go there I enjoy being thereHomebase isn't that badMy mum says my dad says customer service there is very good there I actually do agree with him on that oneI'm doing a honest and kind review to help with your 3 out of 8 star ratings you have been getting due to people's bad reviews that they did years ago because no one has done them a reviews for a while I do think so yesI know I haven't been there in a long timeI just thought you might need this good honest kind reviewBecause I feel bad for you after how not nice kind honest reviews you got from people that come to homebase in Otford not the people that live around here but other people that don't leave such nice reviews and are so mean that they think that you guys steal their money which isn't kind of them to say to you I know you guys wouldn't ever do a thing like that in a million yearsPlease don't let their bad reviews get to youJust giving you some good advice to help you deal with other people bad reviews just sayingSorry about other people's opinion that just their opinion about their exprience at homebase nothing to do with youPlease take my helpful adviceThanksCharlie Williamsas it's not your faultPeople are so not kind from time to time these daysWhat they say can't be true at all one bitMessage to other people please give nicer and kinder reviews

Always had great customer service here. Very friendly and helpful staff, good selection of products in stock and much better prices than Wickes! Excellent design service for kitchen and bathrooms and good quality furniture. Wide variety of plants in the garden centre, seem well cared for.
