Sevenoaks branch. Can you give no stars?! Always a horrendous wait when trying to speak to a personal banker. Two personal bankers stood, with mugs in hand, chatting to themselves as queues formed at their banking enquiry desk. Lots of irate customers trying to grab their attention. On another occasion, a personal banker came out of a room, saw the people in the queue and turned around, and went back into the room. Another, on a different day, offered to find a colleague because a personal friend had turned up and wanted to say 'hello', eventhough a queue had formed at the help desk. If you visit the Sevenoaks branch, expect to wait for well over 30mins- 1 hour to actually see someone.This branch needs to be monitored by Head office far more regularly, with drop-ins and secret 'shoppers'. Really appalling service.

Horrible, if I could give this bank a 0 review I would, the bank stole money from a youth charity the treasurer in charge of the money had stored the savings at NatWest. After prising the majority of the money away from the bank, It then proceeded to declare the savings account dormant and sequestered the account and refused even after four attempts to release it.

Staff have always been friendly, helpful and professional, and they even have a water bowl for customers ' dogs!

The gentlemen behind the cashier counter (late 40s,you know who you are) listened to us and with slight smile assure us that he will rectify the issue. And the issue was the monthly charge to have certain level bank account that was canceled previously but the charge has started again after few months. All that happened about 8 weeks ago and since no actions been taken by the gentlemen in question we visited different branch where honest NatWest personnel explained that to rectify such issue there is only one way and that involves signing a form etc.
So clearly the person mention above knew the procedure but once he saw that the account was not registered locally and probably pinch of racism he told us absolute lies! I still cannot believe his behavior towards NatWest customers for over 10 years - absolute disgraceful! Disciplinary is the least he must be receiving.
