The customer service I experienced here was outstanding, I had 2 parcels to post a the end of the day, and the assistant 'Bash' was amazing, just gone 5pm and she not only ensured they were ready to go for the next day, even managed to give them to the post lady who was leaving. I am not that local, but will make a point of using their shop from now on. Thank you.

Went into my local store today to pay some money into the Post office. There were 3 customers in front of me. When I got to the counter, the staff member, said next please to a customer who had joined the queue behind me. I said excuse me, I believe I am next? She rudely replied telling me that their customers take priority over the Post office customers, as that is their bread and butter! So after she served the customer behind me, chatting along, as she clearly knew her, she then decided to serve me. Another customer had joined the queue and I said. "Did you not want to serve this customer before me, as they take priority to a Post office customers?" She said No! He came in the store much later and the woman she served before me, even though I was next in the queue, "had been longer in the Store" than me! I said oh sorry I thought it was a queue systems? She ignored me and started to count out my money, that I wanted to pay in, and barked at me the amount...YES?, which was incorrect and I said no, and corrected her. She seemed to make up the rules on which customer should be served and not follow the normal queuing system! Very rude with such a bad attitude!!! Won't be visiting my local store no longer, so they have lost over £20 a week of "bread and butter" from a local, regular customer!!!!

The company employs rude arragont managers that think they are above everyone else they swear at their collegues and make them quit. Have a work group WhatsApp and then singles you out on it to make you feel small.Still that step in manager is at Onestop in Sevenoaks I would avoid as she?s also been rude to customers.

I witnessed the female store staff refuse to serve a blind lady as she couldnt walk straight. She was utterly rude and called her drunk. Staff need training on how to deal with disabled people. Completely rude staff could see the customer with a cane to help guide her and the store staff called her drunk and refused to serve her in the shop. Unacceptable behaviour towards people with extra needs staff need training

Do management at OneStop think they are above the law and government when it comes to adequate social distancing in their stores to help protect customers and staff from catching the virus?

Not a bad one stop. Parking a bit difficult. Has a post office which is very handy. Staff ok. ð???
