I bought a chickpea curry slice as I am vegan and have been for 6 years. I then found it was full of beef and potatoes and had been completely mislabelled. I complained via the Sainsbury's website and have had no response. Be very careful buying their meat free options.

Great selection for groceries. The only downside is lack of in store mobile phone signal for most providers offset to a degree by free WiFi.

Sainsbury's is like a dream come true for me! ? Their store is an absolute paradise for foodies like us. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with a wide array of mouthwatering options. The shelves are always stocked with the freshest produce, and their selection of groceries is unmatched. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand. Plus, they have some amazing deals and discounts that make shopping there even more exciting. Sainsbury's truly deserves a 5-star rating in my book! ??

Really considerate recruitment and culture which is really impressive and small queues with plenty of staff available. Diverse products from all over which is excellent. Makes for an enjoyable shopping experience. Would be 5 stars but the air is never working at the petrol station for so long now. Fix this and keep up the competitive pricing and I'd be a more regular customer from out of the area ?

Fortunately my wife knows her way around this supermarket and knows the price comparison with other retailers.Altogether, this was a pleasant experience; we got all we came for, with a good choice of products, including lovely fresh fruit and vegetables, all fairly priced.Sainsbury's also stocks some food items that other store don't have e.g oat bran.We can recommend Sainsbury's as our preferred choice amongst similarly sized supermarkets. They also have a good selection of clothes at affordable prices!

Prior to covid we always used the local McDonald?s in Otford for a burger take away although 50% of the time they got the order wrong. So, I had to always unpack it in the store to check it out. Post covid we had got out of the habit of using McDonald?s and welcomed the opening of Sainsbury?s food court. Initially for the first few take a ways we chose the Harry Ramsden?s cod, chips and mushy peas and it was excellent value for money. However after the first month the price of this rose significantly so then we chose the Gourmet Burger option. In contract to McDonald?s, amazingly the staff got the orders right every time and the burgers themselves were great if a little expensive. However, all this changed in the first week in July. I specified my usual take away order ( a burger meal plus a plain burger) with the burgers being medium cooked. The server told me it was no longer necessary to state this as ?medium? was now the default. OK, I said then on the burger meal I didn?t want any bacon or cheese - which is the option they always ask about ? just the salad. Also on the single burger I only wanted meat on the bun ? nothing else. When I got the order home I found the food was now McDonald?s standard and not Gourmet Burger. The burger in the meal option was smothered in cheese and bacon and came without salad. Even worse was the fact that the meat in the bun was now totally different. It had shrunk in size to that of a McDonalds quarter pounder and even tasted like it having lost its previous distinctive delicious smoky flavour. If this is to be the norm then it obviously begs the question as to why use the food court when similar sub standard service and food can be purchased significantly cheaper across the road at McDonald?s.

They definitely have more choices than Tesco. This one is big, and the illes are wide. They have a large upstairs Caffè with a new menu. The clothing section has rooms to try on cloth and is usually open. We like the Lindor truffle pick and mix with flavours that are not usually available.

This Sainsbury?s location is very good, the staff are helpful, the products are great. Everything is split into helpful sections of the store and it?s got great parking. If you are family shopping, I think this is a good option, it?s not really in town though, but that?s ok, it is however quite close to another shopping centre and I do believe Sainsbury?s is the better option. It?s definitely a great choice for shopping,Only reason that it?s missing that 1 star is because it?s atmosphere (like most shopping centres) is quite busy usually and there can be some loud shoppers.

Massive supermarket, well stocked. Good clothes and other non-food items department. Very wide range of alcohol and usually clean.Only downside was I couldn't find prawn crackers. Bummer.
