21st Sept '23. Appointment for my Covid vaccination as medical history means I'm vulnerable. The clinician was appallingly disorganised making a nonsense of the booking system - she could not remember which number was next between vaccines. Demanded I prove my medical history before giving the vaccine, fortunately I have the GP app so could, what if i did not have this? There was no mention of needing to do so in the booking system. Disorganised, unfriendly, aggressive, go somewhere else if you can, she was clearly overwhelmed in way I've not seen at other vaccination centres.

Had my booster jab today. Brilliant. Hardly any queue and so well organised. Very lucky to have such a great service locally.

Updated: it turns out the pharmacy recorded my relative's vaccine incorrectly. They were initially helpful by email, but then stopped replying or returning phone calls, leaving my relative's medical record incorrect. Downgrading from 5 to 3 stars, sorry.-- Original review --Despite having to queue for three hours to get a third primary dose of the covid vaccine for an elderly relative, I think this pharmacy is doing brilliantly in very difficult circumstances. There seem to be no walk-in centres in Tunbridge Wells or Tonbridge, so this pharmacy is bearing the brunt of the demand from across a very wide area. Similarly, the online booking service is preventing some people from pre-booking even when they are eligible. We were kept well informed about the length of the queue and the likely wait, and the (mostly volunteer) staff were friendly and polite and knowledgeable about obscure cases like my relative's, where a different vaccine from normal was required. The pharmacist herself was also great, and it was reassuring to see her come out to administer the vaccine to a very elderly lady who could not get out of her car.

Couldn't thank everyone working at Sevenoaks Pharmacy enough. The walk in vaccine centre was very organised with every interaction with volunteers and employees being pleasant. Thank you again.

A well run vaccine operation - many thanks to the staff and volunteers. I parked in the bays on Dartford Road - just before the junction with Mount Harry Road.

Sevenoaks Pharmacy are doing such a terrific job of giving local people their vaccines/boosters. There seems to be a shortage of other places in the local area and so of course there are big queues for the drop-in facility. However, booked appointments are dealt with promptly and the drop-in allows everyone eligible to get it if they are prepared to wait, and volunteers ensure the queue is orderly and informed. They are efficient, friendly, and so hard working - they should really be commended for their contributions.

What a fantastic job the guys are doing here with getting us boosted. The only clinic for miles around means queues should be expected...but they are opening earlier to get through the 'walk-ins' queue as best they can before the time of booked appointments. I waited 1 hour, which was less than expected following Boris' announcement!

The staff and volunteers couldn?t possibly do a better job than they are at the moment. Thank you!!! The queue for walk ins took me 3 hours but we had regular updates and everyone was very friendly and really efficient. They need more staff able to vaccinate and the whole area desperately needs more walk in clinics.

Just been here for a walk in booster jab.Whole process took approx 30mins including 10 minute sit down after jab (Moderna).I phoned ahead to make sure clinic was running and was advised that queuing could be up to 2 hours as booked appts have priority. However I was told pm was quieter.Well done to all involved, fast friendly and efficient. Well done for all the hard work, the nhs app doesn't find you on the postcode search and I'm guessing with the word out there you are probably servicing most of Kent!Keep up the good work and don't let the moaners get you down. You are doing great and thanks for volunteering.
