well I have been having my meds with boots for 12 years without issue ,but today a locum pharmacy Esther (wouldn't give surname) when off on a solo rant, because thay did not get my repeat prescription ready( I was I need of insulin as I had enough for half a day so running out of insulin is a life and death situation and could be very serious ) she was a typical rude ignorant African ,could not get a word in edgeways ....phew so now I have taken my business to my local pharmacy who has managed to get me insulin.Esther is a very bad representative of the company ,yet the rest of the girls in the sheerness branch have been wonderful for all the years .
