Forced a 90 year old to wait and wait as no one able to do their job. Yes, that?s exactly what we need in the middle of a pandemic! Endless forms fir her to fill out, no help. I?m far from impressed this morning!

My mother uses the sheerness branch and the queues have been terrible recently, she is 80 years old and cannot stand and queue for such long periods , it's amazing how you can open the sittinbourne branch for longer hours and Saturday morning .All she wants is access to her pension and online banking or debit cards wouldn't work for her , I know its difficult times but the sheerness branch is not coping

I rang the Nationwide yesterday and was told it would be open today 10 till 2 but it was shut today, can't get through on the phone today, nobody's answering, need to know if it's open tomorrow or maybe Friday?
